At Dos Gardenias, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return your item within 14 days from the date received. If your return is received after this 14 day window, your return will automatically become a store credit return only.
Due to the fact that we’ve transitioned to a fulfillment warehouse, it is important that all return guidelines are strictly followed.
- Be sure to fill out the return card that comes with your order.
- All items that come in a bag must be returned with that bag.
- Items must have all tags and hygienic liners attached.
- We will only accept items in unworn, unsoiled, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition.
- For hygienic reasons, we do not accept swimwear that has been tried on in direct skin contact. Please try swimwear over your own undergarments and remove any deodorant. Dos Gardenias will charge an $8 cleaning fee for deodorant stains or any damaged items that are received damaged.
- If your item is defective, please provide photos.
- Contact email@example.com to receive your complimentary return label (applicable merchandise only).
- Your order number should be written on the outside of your return package.

Neoprene can crease and mark very easily, so it’s important to handle with extra love and care. Please follow these guidelines when returning neoprene pieces back to us:
- Do NOT fold the neoprene.
- Lay suit out flat in an appropriate sized packing box.
- Pack the chest area of bikini tops and spring suits, so they do not flatten and crease.
- Each piece should be protected from direct contact with other pieces; separate with packing paper or bubble wrap.
Dos Gardenias reserves the right to refuse any neoprene merchandise that comes back to us in a condition in which we cannot resell it (i.e. wrinkled, creased, etc).
Dos Gardenias reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. We will notify you once your return has been processed, which may take up to 10-14 business days.
Please note that all international sales are final sale.

If you would like to make an exchange, return your item(s) using the guidelines above. As soon as your return is processed, we will issue store credit for you to make an exchange purchase.
We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $250. This does not include US territories. All orders below $250 will be charged a $10 flat rate fee. Delivery occurs in 3 to 6 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Please allow additional processing time during promotional events. Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days. Overnight shipping is available at an $85 flat rate fee. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
There will be a $65 shipping fee on all international orders, including US territories. Delivery time will vary depending on the country and method of shipment. Dos Gardenias is not responsible for shipping duties. International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
TAXES & DUTIES
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes and duties. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page. Dos Gardenias is not responsible for shipping duties on international packages.
You will be contacted by email with a tracking number when your order leaves our facility.
Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.
